A sourcing and fulfillment partner for e-commerce brands. We buy your product factory-direct in China, hold it in our warehouses, then pick, pack and ship every order to your customer. Founded in 2020, over 5 million orders shipped, 200+ people, four warehouses.
+Who do you work with?
Scaling e-commerce brands shipping at least 10 orders a day. We have the capabilities to run up to 10,000 orders a day for a single brand.
+What services do you offer?
Four services: sourcing & manufacturing, dropshipping, China 3PL and US 3PL. We offer any individual services or stacked services (i.e. sourcing and China 3PL for China fulfillment). Our quotes are all-inclusive and cover whichever ones you use.
+What else do you handle beyond sourcing and shipping?
Factory audits and inspections, samples before any bulk run, quality control at two checkpoints, custom packaging, inserts, clothing tags and market-adjusted size charts, private label and custom production, and custom product photography. If it sits between the factory and your customer, ask.
+How fast do orders ship?
24 hours (48h in some cases) to pick and pack from stock, 1 to 3 days if we source per order. Then 5 to 8 business days to your customer worldwide, or 2 to 4 days domestic from our US warehouse.
+Can you handle my volume?
Yes. We have four warehouses, 200+ team members and the capability for up to 10,000 orders a day for a single brand. Peak, Black Friday and Q4 get planned with you in advance.
+Will my customers know the order shipped from China?
No. Tracking is masked and branded end to end, on your own domain, so your customer sees your brand and never a China origin or a third-party label.
+What does your software do?
Our software is our own in-house dashboard, not a white-labeled generic software. Live orders, inventory, tracking and invoices, landed profit per order, reorder dates, and which parcels are stuck before your customer emails you.

No MOQ on the products, we order exactly what you need. Our minimum to work with brands is 10+ orders a day.
+How does pricing work?
Per order, all-inclusive. Cost of goods, handling and shipping to the destination country are in the quoted price, with nothing added afterwards. No storage fees, ever.
+Do you offer payment terms?
We do after building an existing relationship. Besides that, our finance partner offers up to 120 day terms with a percentage fee per month if needed.
+How do I start working with you?
Get a quote, set up a call (optional, if you need), connect your store in about five minutes, then send us stock or have us source it. Most brands are live & shipped in their first week.
+Can I switch without pausing my store?
Yes. We migrate SKU by SKU and run alongside your current setup until the rules are right, so orders keep shipping through the move.
+Can I keep my current supplier while I test you?
Yes. Keep your current supplier or 3PL running and send us part of your orders for a trial period. If you already have a factory relationship you want to keep, we work with it. Most brands move the rest over once they see the numbers.
+What happens when something goes wrong?
You get an account manager and a named team on WhatsApp that's just one message away. Proof of delivery photos on request, customs help, and support on chargebacks.
