What we do
+What is Commercive, and what do you actually do?
We are a private China 3PL. We store, pick, pack and ship your inventory from our own China warehouses to 65+ countries, all run from one dashboard.
+Do I send my own stock, or can you source it?
Either works. Ship us inventory you already manufacture, or let us source it factory-direct from 1,845+ vetted partners across China, with no middleman markup.
+What does the dashboard show me?
Your inventory, orders, tracking and invoices, live in one place. One source of truth, with no chasing an agent for an update.
Shipping and delivery
+How fast will my customers get their orders?
Global orders land in roughly 5 to 8 days from China on a local carrier. Hold some stock in our US warehouses too and domestic orders arrive in 1 to 3 days.
+Will my customers know the order shipped from China?
No. We inject each parcel into a local carrier, so your customer gets a local tracking number and branded packaging, not an overseas label.
+How do returns work from China?
Returns land at a local hub in your customer's region, not back in China. Refunds stay fast and you are not paying to fly parcels around the world.
Duties, pricing and terms
+After the 2025 de-minimis change, how do duties work?
We ship Delivered Duty Paid, so duties are calculated and paid upfront and your customer never gets a bill at the door. Duty is paid as orders sell, not locked up in a container months early.
+Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. Start small, test a product, and scale once it proves out. When it takes off, our factory network and warehouses scale with you.
+How do I switch from my current 3PL?
