+Do I send my own stock, or can you source it?
Either works. Ship us inventory you already manufacture, or let us source it factory-direct from 1,845+ vetted partners across China. Because we source and fulfill in one operation, product goes straight from the factory into your orders with no middleman markup.
+What does the Commercive dashboard show me?

+How fast will my customers get their orders?
Global orders land in roughly 5 to 8 days from China on a local carrier, delivered reliably rather than leaving your customer guessing. Hold some stock in our US warehouses too, and domestic orders arrive in 2 to 4 days.
+Will my customers know the order shipped from China?
No. We inject each parcel into a local carrier, so your customer gets a local tracking number and branded packaging. From the confirmation email to the doorstep it looks like it came from your brand, not from overseas.
+How do returns work from China?
Returns land at a local hub in your customer's region, not back in China, so refunds are fast and you are not paying to fly parcels around the world. We inspect what comes back and restock or handle it on your instructions.
+After the 2025 de-minimis change, how do duties and tariffs work?
We ship Delivered Duty Paid, so duties are calculated and paid upfront and your customer never gets a surprise bill at the door. You see the full landed cost on your quote, and duty is paid as orders sell instead of locked up in a container months early.
+Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. Start small, test a product, and scale once it proves out without gambling on a large first run. When it takes off, our factory network and warehouses scale with you.
+How do I get started, or switch from my current 3PL?
Get a free quote. Tell us your products, volume and where you ship, and we come back with pricing and a plan on your real numbers. If you are moving from another provider, we migrate you without dropping orders, and most of the setup is on our side.
