We use 60+ shipping providers, with China shipping times averaging about 7-12 days, while shipping times from our U.S. facilities are around 1-3 days.
We process every order within 24 hours. If we're very busy or experience something out of our control (shipping delays, holidays, etc.), order processing time might be longer.
We have multiple warehouses across China & USA. Our China warehouses are mainly based in Hangzhou & Wuxi, while our U.S. 3PL warehouses are in Florida, California and New York.
Yes, we do. If the shipping provider you choose allows it, so do we.

Yes, no problem. We can pick up stock directly from the factory/manufacturer, and help with everything along the way. After that, you can use our China / U.S. 3PL facilities to ship the stock.
Yes, we do. Please keep in mind custom product/custom packaging almost always require MOQ (a minimum order quantity placed).
