What we do

We source, store, pick, pack and ship your orders from warehouses in China and the US. One partner, from the factory floor to your customer's door.
+Can you source products for me, or do I need a supplier first?
Yes. Bring a product idea or a link and we source it through our 1,845+ vetted factories in China. No supplier needed, no middleman markup.
+What does the Commercive dashboard show me?
Your orders, inventory, tracking and invoices in one place, updated live. Every order from placed to packed to delivered.
Shipping and delivery
+How fast will my customers get their orders?
5 to 8 business days from China, 2 to 4 days across the US from our US warehouse. We ship to 65+ countries.
+Will my customers know the order shipped from China?
No. Tracking is masked and branded end to end, so your customer sees your brand, never a China origin or a third-party label.
+Can I ship from the US instead of China?
Yes. We run a US 3PL alongside China. Many brands keep bestsellers stateside for 2 to 4 day delivery and use China for everything else.
Pricing and terms
+What's included in the quoted price?
Everything. Cost of goods, handling, shipping and fees. The price you're quoted is the entire price, and storage is free, always.
+Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. No MOQ and no minimum daily orders. Start small, scale when your product proves out.
+How much can I actually save with Commercive?
Clients typically save 30 to 40 percent on fulfillment, through factory-direct pricing, efficient shipping and free storage. A quote shows your exact number.
+When do I pay?
Payment is due before each order ships. Credit terms are possible but arranged privately, case by case.
+What happens after I get my quote?
We answer your questions, connect your store in about 5 minutes, and order processing can start the same day, along with your dashboard access. All we need is your store URL and a code from Shopify.
