2. The Software Is Free
The Commercive Shopify app is completely free. There are no subscription fees and no usage charges to install or use the software. The app is available exclusively to businesses fulfilling with Commercive and connects your Shopify store to your Commercive fulfillment account.
3. How Our Pricing Works
We don't use one-size-fits-all pricing tables, because no two brands ship the same way. Every client receives a custom quote that bundles storage, pick-and-pack, packaging, and shipping into one all-inclusive rate. There are no surprise line items and no hidden fees, the number you're quoted is the number you pay.
4. What Your Quote Is Based On
Because logistics costs move constantly, your quote is built from the real factors that drive the cost of delivering your products, including:
- Shipping Lines & Carriers: The carriers and routes used to move your orders.
- Shipping Time & Service Level: How fast your orders need to reach customers.
- Origin & Destination Countries: Where products ship from and where they're going.
- Products: Product types, sizes, weights, and handling requirements.

5. Billed by Commercive, Not Through Shopify
Commercive provides a physical fulfillment service: we receive, store, pick, pack, and ship your orders worldwide. We bill our clients directly for this service, in full, on our side, under the terms of your fulfillment agreement. Because these costs are based on real-world logistics that fluctuate, they fall outside of fixed Shopify plans, and Commercive operates under a Shopify Billing API exemption.
